This is a immaculate pristine transceiver, like new since I barley used it. It has maybe half hour of time on transmit and ten or so hours on receive, incredible selectivity like no other radio I've ever have had. I owned many in my lifetime. I’m a non smoker. It also comes with a 218 SSB Roofing Filter installed at factory, original owner's Manual, power Cable and the little parts packet. I would like to sell locally so you can appreciate this new looking HF radio. I live in a condo Melbourne, FL. I did send it back to Ten Tec to check for any RF feedback problems since I built a loop antenna that was just over my radio room. Factory said the antenna shouldn't be right over my head. Ten Tec put extra RF chokes internally behind microphone connector and then got seal of approval from them. Only one firmware that factory done when rig was checked out. It's immaculate! In 2006 I had pack up in box or get evicted after the condo manager got complaints from neighbors. Condo commander checks often. I will have to move if rig is out box, now I’m too old to move.
Of course you know about the new sub board. An Sherwood Engineering, independent company claims it make the Ten Tec Orion the best of the best radios in the world far ahead of its competition.
