How to Enter

• Entering is easy.  All you have to do is place a for sale ad here on SecondHandRadio.com with at least one relevant photo during the promotion period.   A qualifying ad is an ad that lists an item for sale; this item is related to communications, hobbyist electronics, video, audio, phono, ham radio.  The final decision of a qualifying ad rests solely with the webmaster. (An I.F. transformer for an AM receiver would qualify, but a teddy-bear would not.)
• One entry per username regardless of the number of ads placed during the promotion period.
• Browse around the site and see what it is about.  

• This promotion is only eligible within the United States of America.  (For those of you educated by public schools, we will tell you that this includes Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, District of Columbia, and quite a few other places that are not states.)
• Winner must be a minimum of 18 years of legal age as of July 1, 2008. 
• Winner must be a legal resident of this great country.
• If the winner is outside the 48 contiguous states, the winner will pay shipping costs above $40, if any. 
• Winner is responsible for any and all taxes. Florida residents tax ranges from 6% to 7% depending on the county.
• The name of the winner and the state or territory of residence of the winner will be announced on this site (Florida state law).  The site username will be disclosed along with the winner's legal name.  So in order for you to win you must give permission for us to publish that information.

• Entry period is July 1 through September 15, 2008 eastern daylight time.
• The drawing will be held at our convenience on September 20, 2008.

• The promotion includes shipping in the contiguous 48 states and D.C. Item will be shipped by FedEx ground; an adult signature will be required.   If you want it shipped a different method and we find that method to be convenient and acceptable, we can do that, if the winner pays that shipping.
• If the winner is outside the 48 contiguous states, the winner will pay shipping costs above $40, if any.
• Employees of JTK Communications Inc, SecondHandRadio.com, its paid advertisers, our website hosting company, are ineligible.
• Odds of winning depends solely on how many users place a qualified ad during the promotion period.
